– you have the same chances as all employees;

– you get the same treatment at work;

– feel safe at work;

– promote at work;

– receive useful information for you;

– if you lose your job, to benefit from protection from the state

– you have the right to leave without pay to solve personal problems.

Employees cannot waive their rights.
