For non-compliance with the legislation on the regime of foreigners, 2,094 return decisions have been issued, with a deadline for voluntary departure of 15 or 30 days. The main reasons were requests for voluntary departure in 609 cases, the refusal to extend the right of residence in 326 cases and illegal residence in 653 cases. At the same time, 626 people were expelled under escort.

In 273 cases there was a risk of evasion from the voluntary execution of the return obligation, 200 people attempted to fraudulently cross the state border, and 114 did not comply with the return decision. During the same period, 518 people were placed in public custody centres, until the completion of legal procedures.
