What is the validity of a residence permit?

If you have arrived in Romania for the first time, the residence permit is valid for one year. If there is a desire to continue the contract, the application for the new permit is made within a maximum of 30 days before the expiration of the previous one, and the same documents are prepared as when arriving in Romania.
