What is a workplace offence?
Offences that may be committed at the workplace or in the employer-employee relationship are obscene acts, acts or gestures, insults, insulting or vulgar expressions, threats of violence against persons or their property and are punishable by a fine of 200 to 1,000 lei;
Throwing at a person, a building or a means of transport with objects of any kind, with inflammatory, irritant-lacrymatory, paralysing, corrosive or dirtying substances is an offence and is punishable by a fine of 100 to 500 lei.
If you provoke or actually participate in a scandal in public places or premises, it is punishable by a fine of 100 to 500 lei.
