The guaranteed gross minimum base salary nationwide is 3,300 lei per month, without allowances, bonuses, and other supplements.
The minimum wage has been increased as of 1 October 2023, with a net value of 2,079 lei.
This measure does not apply to employees in agriculture and the food industry.
