What does my employer have to do for me to be entitled to health services?

The employer where the foreign citizen works with a Romanian CNP (Romanian Personal Identification Number) reports at

ANAF (National Agency for Fiscal Administration) the list of employees correctly and

complete (Declaration 112), a list that will then update, automatically, the databases of the health insurance information system (PIAS).
