What documents do I need to obtain the European Health Insurance Card?

To acquire a European Health Insurance Card, you must demonstrate your insured status in Romania and submit the following documents to your respective Health Insurance Fund: a copy of your identification document, a copy of a document verifying your insured status, and a signed and stamped application for the issuance of the European Health Insurance Card.
