What must be included in the file for recognition of studies?
The file will include:
– a legalized photocopy of the study document if it’s in Romanian, or an original legalized translation if it’s in another language;
– the registry number;
– a legalized photocopy of the study document if it’s in Romanian, or an original legalized translation if it’s in another language;
– a photocopy of the foreign citizen’s passport;
– a letter from the company specifying the position the individual is expected to hold;
– a copy of the company’s registration certificate;
– a delegation letter for an employee of the company who will submit the file and collect the recognition certificate;
– proof of payment for the fees charged for the recognition of the certificate, in original or legalized copy.
