Can the visa be cancelled?
Foreigners who are legally on the territory of Romania and work on the basis of a visa for this purpose may have their visa canceled if they are found to:
- have introduced or tried to introduce other foreigners illegally into Romania,
- helped with their transportation or accommodation,
- violated customs regulations,
- crossed or tried to cross the state border illegally.
